A:First take a picture and e-mail it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org , then call us Immediately . Upon approval from a manager, you will have to return the Item to our store in it's original box or plastic and we will do what is necessary to get the parts or replace it. 3. Q: Do you sell Mattresses? A: Yes! We do sell both new and Rebuilt (used) Mattresses in our store. Used mattresses have a yellow and red tag showing they're used and have been sanitized. 4. Q: Do you offer delivery and what is the cost? We do offer delivery and the cost is determined on distance, amount of furniture, assembly and if any stairs.
